Jack Hager Speaking This Sunday

Image
It is a privilege to welcome Jack Hager as our guest speaker this Sunday. Jack is a former Vietnam Vet who fell into drugs and alcohol as a young man. It took going to prison for the Lord to shake him up and draw him to the cross. Set free from the bonds of sin, Jack now spends his days drawing closer to Christ and helping others do the same through the power of the gospel. He'll be sharing in both services this Sunday morning at 8:30 and at 11:00. Please come and enjoy worshiping the Lord with us!

Join Us This Sunday

We've been going through a series in 1 Timothy the past few months. This Sunday, Pastor Gabe looks at 1 Timothy 4:6-10 to address "Irreverent, Silly Myths" that have infiltrated much of the Bible teaching in the American church today. Within this section comes the theme for our series, "Train Yourself for Godliness." Come join us! Our traditional service is at 8:30 and the contemporary service at 11:00.

Remembering 9/11

Image
"I hear and my body trembles; my lips quiver at the sound; rottenness enters my bones; my legs tremble beneath me. Yet I will quietly wait for the day of trouble to come upon people who invade us. Though the fig tree should not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines, the produce of the olive fail and the fields yield no food, the flock be cut off from the fold and there be no herd in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord. I will take joy in the God of my salvation! God, the Lord, is my strength." ~Habakkuk 3:16-19

Men's Breakfast This Morning

Image
Rise and shine! Our men's breakfast is getting together this morning. We always meet on the first Saturday of the month at 9am in the fellowship hall of the church. Come around to the back lot and enter through the double doors. The breakfast is free! Bring a friend, or dads, bring your sons. Enjoy a great breakfast and some good fellowship. Our chairman of deacons, Dave Bliesner, leads a devotional in the Word.
