AWANA Begins!!

Tonight is the first night of AWANA!! On Wednesday nights, we teach the Bible to kids of all ages, including Trek for middle school students, and Journey for high school. We'll kick off at 6:00 and be done by about 7:45. If you haven't registered your kids yet, you may do that when you arrive! The church is located at 1220 W. 8th St. in Junction City.

A Godly Grief that Leads to Repentance

Whenever we have sinned against God, and we become aware of our sin, it is necessary for us to mourn over what we have done. We would see our sin as God sees it, so that we might repent and turn from our sin. The Bible says that if we ask forgiveness for our sins, God is faithful and just to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). This forgiveness is given by faith in the atoning sacrifice of Christ on the cross for our sins.

Pastor Gabe will be preaching from 2 Corinthians 7:2-16 this Sunday about a godly grief that leads to repentance. Sunday school for all ages is at 9:30, and then the church worship service begins at 10:30. We're located at 1220 W. 8th St. in Junction City, KS. Please come join us!

He Became Sin Who Knew No Sin...

The title of the sermon today is "Today is the Day of Salvation" out of 2 Corinthians 6:1-13. Church begins with Bible study at 9:30, and worship is at 10:30. Please join us!

After church, we will have our quarterly business meeting in the sanctuary. Members and their families who are planning on staying for the meeting will be served pizza for lunch.

Last week, Pastor Gabe gave a passionate presentation of the gospel preaching on 2 Corinthians 5:21, which says, "For our sake, He became sin who knew no sin, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him." Listen below.
